A Poster Session will be held during the SSNR2014. Participating is not mandatory, but is a further opportunity to share with other participants & professors your research interests and concerns.
Poster should be focused on your main PhD/research activity. If you want, you may give special relevance to the aspects that you consider better match with SSNR2014 topics.
Poster should be printed considering the recommended poster size: 70 (width) x 90 (height) cm. Authors are free to create their own poster design, there are no particular style requirements.
A Poster session will take place every morning during the coffee break (10.30 - 11.00). A list of the allocation of the participants to the different Poster Sessions will be published before the school. Posters should be mounted to the assigned poster walls by the morning of the allocate day, before the program starts. Fixation material will be provided on site.
Every morning (before the Poster session) there will be a Poster Fast-Forward session, with 60 seconds time per paper to spark attention and introduce the core ideas of your work. Please provide teaser slides until September 1st by email . Since all slides will be consolidated into a single presentation, we kindly ask you to use the Powerpoint template below:
In this way, the participants will:
1) Introduce the main ideas of their work during the FF presentation
2) Present and discuss their work in detail and person during the Poster session
